Over the years, many members of the Cloyd family passed away at this property. The current owners, the Coles, believe the Cloyds never left and are haunting the hotel. People have seen several full body apparitions, matching the descriptions of various Cloyd members. Whistling has been heard, a lady in pink has been seen as well as a man in black.
